How a Pool Project Works
Five stages, in order. Each one ends with a decision, so nothing gets built before it has been agreed.
What are the stages of building a swimming pool?
Consultation and site review; design and material selection; planning, permitting and scheduling; construction through excavation, structure, plumbing, decking and finish; and finally start-up, handover and ongoing care. Each stage produces something concrete - a site assessment, a drawing set, a permitted schedule, a finished pool, and an owner who knows how to run it.

01 Consult
We walk the property, talk through how you want to use the backyard, and establish a realistic budget range before any design work begins.
02 Design
Layout options, depths, features, materials and lighting are developed into a plan you can actually price and build from.
03 Plan
Permitting, engineering where required, scheduling, material ordering and access planning happen before mobilization.
04 Build
Excavation, structure, plumbing and electrical, backfill, decking, tile, coping and interior finish - each stage inspected before the next covers it.
05 Enjoy
Start-up, equipment commissioning, a walkthrough of operation and care, and a clear plan for maintenance going forward.

About timelines
We do not publish guaranteed construction durations, because permitting, weather, inspections and material lead times genuinely vary by project. What we do commit to is a schedule specific to your build, produced after the site has been evaluated, and honest updates when it changes.
